　　20年前，举步维艰的沾化吕剧团和濒临失传的沾化渔饱读戏因为王春贞的一个决定，双双改换了庆幸齿轮动弹的标的开云kaiyun.com，也让一个小城长出了大戏（见前文报谈《小城大戏丨沾化渔饱读戏的变革与信守》）。如今，沾化渔饱读戏不仅在国内文化市集有了我方的弹丸之地，何况行将走向国外舞台。

　　3月12日，记者在沾化渔饱读戏团的排演现场见到了王春贞，并就渔饱读戏的发展、小剧团的解围以及传统艺术怎样传承等问题与他进行了对话。

　　Twenty years ago, the struggling Zhanhua Lu Opera Troupe and the Zhanhua Yugu Opera, which was on the verge of extinction, had their destinies altered by a single decision made by Wang Chunzhen. This decision not only changed the direction of their fate but also enabled a small city to nurture a grand theatrical tradition (see the previous report “Little City, Grand Drama| The Transformation and Perseverance of Zhanhua Yugu Opera“).Today, Zhanhua Yugu Opera has not only secured its place in the domestic cultural market but is also on the verge of stepping onto the international stage.

　　On March 12th, a reporter from Haibao News met Wang Chunzhen at the rehearsal venue of the Zhanhua Yugu Opera Troupe and had a conversation with him about the development of Yugu Opera, the breakthroughs of small troupes, and the inheritance of traditional art forms.

　　记者：回归您接办剧团20年的资格，尤其是沾化渔饱读戏剧团行为一个小城的小剧团这20年的发展过程，您最大的感叹是什么？

　　王春贞：接办剧团的这20年，感叹最深的便是“信守”和“更动”。行为一个小城的小剧团，咱们濒临的贫窭许多，比如资金不及、东谈主才空泛、市集萎缩等。但恰是靠着对渔饱读戏的预防和对传统文化的信守，咱们一步步走到了今天。

　　Reporter: Looking back on your 20 years of leading the troupe, especially the development journey of Zhanhua Yugu Opera Troupe as a small troupe in a small city (now a district) over these 20 years, what has impressed you the most?

　　Wang Chunzhen: The deepest feelings I have over these 20 years of leading the troupe are “perseverance“ and “innovation“. As a small troupe in a small city, we face many difficulties, such as insufficient funding, a shortage of talents, and a shrinking market. But it is our passion for Yugu Opera and our perseverance in traditional culture that have brought us to where we are today.

　　记者：您觉得小剧团怎样根除发展的逆境？

　　王春贞：根除逆境的要道在于守正更动。咱们通过保遗留统渔饱读戏的艺术特质，融入当代元素赋予时期精神，诱骗年青不雅众；同期积极争取政府和社会各界的守旧，拓展上演市集。此外，咱们还看管培养年青演员，确保渔饱读戏的传承不断代。

　　Reporter: How do you think small troupes can break through the developmental dilemma?

　　Wang Chunzhen: The key lies in upholding tradition while innovating. We retain the artistic characteristics of traditional Yugu Opera and integrate modern elements to endow it with a contemporary spirit, thereby attracting younger audiences. Meanwhile, we actively seek support from the government and all sectors of society to expand the performance market. In addition, we focus on training young actors to ensure the continuous inheritance of Yugu Opera.

　　记者：沾化渔饱读戏剧团翌日的发展狡计是什么？

　　王春贞：翌日，咱们目的从以下几个方面发展：一是不竭打磨宏构剧目，普及艺术水平，争取在寰宇界限内打响品牌；二是加强与高校和艺术机构的协作，培养更多专科东谈主才；三是应用新媒体平台，扩大渔饱读戏的传播界限，让更多东谈主了解和喜爱这门艺术；四是探索文旅交融，将渔饱读戏与场所旅游勾通，打造文化IP，普及剧团的自我造血工夫。

　　Reporter: What are the future development plans for Zhanhua Yugu Opera Troupe?

　　Wang Chunzhen: Moving forward, we plan to develop in the following areas: Starting with our core focus, we will continue to refine our high-quality productions, enhance our artistic standards, and strive to build a strong brand across the country. We will also strengthen cooperation with universities and arts institutions to cultivate more professional talents. In addition, we plan to leverage new media platforms to expand the reach of Yugu Opera, so that more people can understand and appreciate this art form. And finally, we will explore the integration of culture and tourism, combining Yugu Opera with local tourism to create a cultural IP and enhance the troupe's self-sustaining capabilities.

　　记者：在作念强渔饱读戏剧团的同期，怎样将渔饱读戏更平淡地握行下去？

　　王春贞：握行渔饱读戏需要多管皆下。领先，咱们和会过线上线下勾通的阵势，应用短视频、直播等新媒体平台，让渔饱读戏走进更多东谈主的视线；其次，咱们会积极参与万般文化相同行径，将渔饱读戏带到寰宇各地致使国外舞台；临了，咱们还会走进校园和社区，开展公益上演和讲座，培养年青一代对渔饱读戏的趣味。只须让更多东谈主斗争并爱上渔饱读戏，这门艺术才能着实传承下去。

　　Reporter: While strengthening the Yugu Opera Troupe, how do you plan to promote Yugu Opera more widely?

　　Wang Chunzhen: Promoting Yugu Opera requires a multifaceted approach. To start with, we will combine online and offline methods, using short videos, live streaming, and other new media platforms to bring Yugu Opera into the view of more people. Next, we will actively participate in various cultural exchange activities, taking Yugu Opera to different parts of the country and even international stages. Finally, we will go into schools and communities to conduct public welfare performances and lectures, cultivating the interest of the younger generation in Yugu Opera. Only by allowing more people to come into contact with and fall in love with Yugu Opera can this art form be truly passed down.
